Default Grey Squirrel - Does this look like Mange?

About a week ago, this squirrel showed up with either injuries or mange (or something else). I have treated it twice with Ivermectin (2nd dose yesterday), first doze about a week ago. I don't see any improvement so I started doubting my diagnosis of mange. Any opinions out there appreciated. This squirrel is an alpha and gets in fights too but never seen violent one, still has good appetite and moves around well

I've released several alpha males and subsequently treated various fight wounds. And big scabs are often the case with bite wounds.

But in your photos, there seems to be quite a bit more fur loss than what I would expect. So this may well be something else.

With the scab in this photo (there was a second slightly smaller scab), I let the wound heal with the scads in place. While I did eventually detach the scabs from Dustin, at that point they were only hanging on by the fur growing through the scab. But as shown, despite the size of the scab there was very little fur loss.

Any sign of pus/discharge from these areas?

Here are a couple of wound photos of my other released alpha male Mookie.

These show more fur loss than the Dustin photos posted earlier, although still less than your guy.

Hoping someone else will chime in, so you can determine whether these are fight injuries or something else.

I have never seen squirrel pox but wonder if that if that is a possibility?

Thanks for your feedback, yes the squirrel I have here (Martin) is a alpha bully and it would be easy to believe some of his wounds could be from fighting, especially during mating season. The wound on the left ear though looks like a lot of mange issues I have treated. It's just that the wound on forehead does not look like mange to me but either a bite, an abscess or if it was mange some serious itching took place. I am treating with ivermectin for the mange (won't hurt to treat him). Pox looks much different than these two markings anyways (thankfully). Mange often strikes the ears and eyebrows first. Appreciate your two posts and showing some of your squirrel's issues.
