I am now worried because one of her lower insiders is too long. I am not sure but this tooth might be loose but It needs clipping. If it is loose I am hoping if I clip it it it will take any sideways pressure off the tooth and it will tighten up in the right position. It may not be loose though. I hope she will not have a permanent malocclusion but if she does I will have to get good at trimming her teeth.
I am reading that it is best to use a dremel but if you use a clipper to make sure it is a German made very good grade steel. I am worried about cracking a tooth if I use a clipper. If I did use a clipper I wish a could find a very short one that would not cut much past the tooth so it is less likely to cut the lips or tongue. There is a trimmers for sale at the Squirrel Store adverted on the internet as the best tooth trimmer for Squirrels. Does any one know if these are really the best clippers for teeth. Can a fine file be used. I was thinking of using a pop sickle stick to protect the tongue. Not sure how to keep the lips away. Can a fine small file be uses if you go slow. If I get a dremel what kind of blade and speed should I use.
I do not have a way to sedate her and am afraid of sedating her anyway. I can wrap her in a towel to so she can not move but holding her head still will be hard unless I find someone I can trust to help me.
