Hey everybody, I really could use some pointers and help right now. I usually am the one that it takes care of the babies after they have healed from whatever trauma and are ready for rehab. But tonight, on my walk with my dogs a little Gray squirrel fell out of her nest, right in front of us. I immediately picked her up, and she yeah, was having some blood from her nose and her mouth. So I rushed her home. She is breathing a little unsteady and the bleeding isn't as bad, but still is continuing a little bit, and I just wanted to make sure I'm doing whatever she needs at this point in time. My mentor and uh, lady who teaches me everything, unfortunately, is in the hospital right now. So I am unable to ask her questions and get her expert advice and help. if she does make it through the night, I'm wondering when I should attempt to feed her. I do not want to possibly cause aspiration.Having her have whatever trauma is going on And bleeding, and then should I be doing pedia, light first? And then her fox valley formula, or what? I haven't done this in a few years with squirrels. So I'm a little rusty, but please any helpful information and tips would greatly be appreciated. I have everything that she needs here. I just want to make sure I'm doing everything the correct way. And to not cause her any other harm. fingers crossed that she makes it through the night and thank you to anybody who is able to give me some help!
