    Default Can i feed my rehab white hibiscus buds?

    my hibiscus flowers daily but dont realy use them for anything. Would it be better to feed it the buds or the flowers?indian palm squirrel (about 4.5 months old)

    From what I've learned, so long as your hibiscus is not the Hardy variety the buds are perfectly safe to feed to your squirrel or yourself. The Hardy hibiscus, on the other hand, can cause digestive upset.

    You may not even know about "hearty" hibiscus where you live. There are species that can be grown in cold climates. Get us a pic of your hibiscus (preferably with a flower) and we can help.
