Default Help!!! Abandoned baby dragging hind leg

I found an approximately 7week old baby 3 days ago. She was covered in fleas, eggs, and maggots. She had maggots all along her right side from leg to leg, many in her right ear, and some coming from her privates.
She has always walked with an odd gate, sort of curved to the right, but no issues beyond that.
I got her bathed and cleaned, gave cap star. She is eating well and gaining weight and becoming more active.
Tonight she started limping/dragging her back right leg. She uses it some, but it is not normal use. She is also curled more to the right.
Her right ear is still gooey, and her right side is a little crusty looking.
I gave her a crushed tums about 2 hours ago incase it is MBD.
What can I do for her ?!
Abx available : cephalexin 125mg/5ml liquid, amoxicillin 400mg/5ml liquid.

Poor sweetie-- thank you for rescuing her!
At 7 weeks it is highly unlikely that she would have MBD. You must rid her of the maggots so continue the Capstar at least one or two more times. Keep the 'gooey" areas clean with either diluted Betadyne or chlorhexadine to prevent infection.

Thank you for responding! She seems to be getting worse and not wanting to use the right side at all. She can move both front and back legs but wants to curl in.
Should I start antibiotics incase of infection from dead internal maggots?

Yes. Amoxicillin is better than ceph for squirrels. What is her weight in grams?
