Default Hello all, I'm new here, and I need a lot of advice and have many questions!

Not sure how all this works, so how I'm doing it right. Well the story is, I was sitting in the shop outside Heard a thud and then something took down the roof.. didn't think much of it as we have lots of limbs falling and squirrels running across the roof so the time. But there was a 2nd , little thud hitting the concrete then crying... Was the tiniest baby I had ever seen. I didn't know how he survived that fall and 2 hard hits.... And thankfully, my 2 pits that try to kill everything that moves walked right over him. I didn't know the rules, I saw a baby hurt and in danger, so I picked him up wrapped him in a blanket and rocked him. Say on the porch to see if Mom would come but nothing. I immediately started reading as much info as I could, that wasn't enough for me so I called the number on Henry's pets website that said call if you have questions. The guy talked to me and checked how baby was doing first couple days, then nothing, I let him know baby was taking fluids and formula on 3rd day finally....on the 4th day, sitting in the shop at 9pm, I hear a thud, rolling down the roof, another this on the concrete and crying....I couldn't freaking Believe it....I now am trying to help 2.... I don't know if they have brain injuries, but neither had blood and neither seem to have anything broken. The guy said that he thought about 5 weeks old cuz lil bit only had 1 eye open..... The other's name is Chunk, those extra 4 days on momma's milk did his body good. Must be some powerful stuff. Sorry so long, but I wanted all to know the story of how I came to having these 2 babies.... Now, just today, lil bit got a lil bit of diarrhea... He was doing so good on the goat milk until I added the egg yolk... Is he going to be ok? I didn't put egg in his formula today. Any and all advice is welcome and much appreciated.

Yes, remove the egg yolk and hopefully the diarrhea will resolve.

The homemade goat's milk formula is a temporary formula that is used until appropriate formula can be found or arrives from shipping. Have you ordered any formula yet? You can get Fox Valley 20/50 form Henry's site and often can buy Esbilac (the powdered version, not the powdered goat milk version) at many pet stores and Tractor Supply as well. Either of these alone in combination (that is what I use, 50% of each) are great for squirrels with opened eyes.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I have everything ordered and just waiting for it to be delivered which should be the next day or 2. water bottle, blocks, 20/50, 50 O-ring syringes, and some chew sticks for the teething. I'm starting to build them a cage to get them outta the plastic tub, have also started making them some plushies that they can hide in since they seem to love my little winter hats too snuggle in. Both of my little ones are super suckers... I prepare all my syringes up, get them good and hot, grab a baby and start, and before I can pick up the next one, they go crazy. Squirming around and straight up my arm or front of my shirt every time. Then they will snuggle against my neck or ride on my shoulder till I can release myself from them squirrelly claws. By then I am usually having to run the formula under the faucet to warm it up again... The lil one who had diarrhea is just about over it it seems. Been giving fluids before he gets his formula, but yesterday and today his hair seems greasy or oily which is weird because there is nothing in with them except blankets and the bigger one isn't oily or great looking at all .. can I give lil bit a bath of sort? I have some wipes made for cleaning my pups, would this be safe to use on them?
