Sorry to bother everyone with an update that probably no-one is even reading except our handful of long-time participants here (My thanks to the five of you!).
    But a few new details:

MySquirrel still is continuing to age. She is about 546 grams now.

Unfortunately, I have stopped taking her out for walks in the two nearby parks she so much enjoyed because as she rolls around and digs in the soil... she seems to pick up UTI. If i do not take her out - anywhere but around the house... no infection. Too bad. But with age, she has become more mellow and really enjoys balancing on my shoulder, or curling up on my folded arms, and really loves hiding under my heated vest... while choosing to peak out to the left, to the right or center!

I have gradually made some changes to the recipe:
Reduced the amount of nuts and calcium, while I increased the amount of rodent nugget dust, water, coconut oil.
Now that MySquirrel is stronger, and more used to these custom blocks, really enjoying them and eating them mostly at every meal (three times a day),

The blend is 500 grams of a mix of moderately ground and finely ground blanched filberts
900 grams finely ground 2014 Rodent Nuggets
    24 grams Calcium citrate
    6 grams Magnesium Citrate

    Water 1050 CC
    Coconut oil 140 CC

Really need to whip that oil water combo as it is just very near boiling temperature with a high speed drill stirrer, and continue to stir as you SLOWLY pour the water oil mix into the slow moving mixing bowl.

Keep refining and modifying the recipe as she continues to improve.
If you need to treat for MBD - then stick with the original higher concentration of Calcium - read this entire thread.

I keep reducing it as well as making other subtle changes.
For several weeks already I have reduced the nuts once again, and so also reduced the calcium.
Totally removed the magnesium, but serve 3 or 4 almonds daily.
Also added to the total mix ( see detail below ) 2.5 grams of Calcium Propionate as a preservative. Makes a big difference when I find a two week old block she has hidden against a smooth metal or plastic surface - it is now no longer green or black from mold.

    This is the current mix:

The blend is 400 grams of a mix of pretty well ground blanched filberts
1000 grams finely ground 2014 Rodent Nuggets
    20 grams Calcium citrate

    Water 1150 CC
    Coconut oil 185 CC

The total dry mix is done in two equal parts, as I want to make sure that in the 50 seconds the nuggets and nuts mix well
The nuggets have been pre-ground about 3-4 minutes separately.
Half the mix amount is poured into the mixer as described above. Then half the calcium powder is poured in, and atop that the still unground filberts are added.

Each of those two batches are poured together into a Kitchen Aid style of mixer ( cheap knockoffs on Amazon ) and mixed for ten minutes.
I use a 350 watt hot air gun to heat the mixing bowl so the dry ingredients get warm. Don't attempt if you are not able to clamp the gun, and know what you are doing.
After ten minutes I pour the liquid which has been brought to just boiling temperature - where the preservative and the oil has been added mid heat.
Using a drill stirrer, ( again, this is dangerous and needs dexterity stirring boiling oil and water together !) I fully stir the boiling water and oil, till well mixed and while continuing to stir slowly add the liquid to the dry mix.... slowly like over thirty seconds..... if done well the mix keeps moving and is a beautiful consistency ready to be spread into a baking tray, where it is placed in the FRIDGE for 24 hours.

Be sure to shut off the hot air gun !!!

Possibly I can share a video of my squirrel enjoying the result.
