My girl is 2 weeks old. She has been doing great until my mil did a feeding and fed her way too much. She is no having slightly bloody loose stool and is lethargic. I noticed some signs of dehydration and gave her some fluids.

Hold her to your ear like a phone and listen for a clicking sound when she is breathing. If the click is there, it is almost certainly Aspiration Pneumonia (AP) that will require treatment with antibiotics within a few hours to save her.
If you have any antibiotics... a single pill will treat her... list what you have and if it is anything that will work on AP we'll provide instructions. Ask family, neighbors and friends... there is not a lot of time if this is AP.

Yes she is clicking! I have amoxicillin on hand what do I need to do?
Tell us her weight and the size of the pill in milligrams. Also, is it plain amoxicillin or amoxicillin/clavulanate?
She is 27 grams
It’s amoxicillin clav 125mg tablets
Good answer but more questions. Is this a pill for humans or a vet med for animals? Is there another number? Like "875/125mg" or "500/125mg"? Or is it an animal med that is 100/25mg?
Sorry - makes a huge difference. It is a good med for this once we figure out exactly what size it is.
I’m so sorry it’s 875-125 it’s for humans please say that it will work?
Yes it will. It looks like Spanky is offline - give me about 5 minutes or so and you will get dosing info by private message.
