now whey protien powder

hi i have been making cookies for awhile with now whey protien powder by mistake instead of protien isolate, is it ok?

I’m not sure what’s in the NOW whey protein. You could compare the ingredients with the ingredients on the whey isolate powder that Henry’s Pets sells to see what the differences are. NOW makes pretty decent, healthy products so maybe there’s not much difference.

so apparently from what i know isolate is better less fats and carbs,so hopefuly its ok to use up what i have and then switch bac
