I'm sure this has already been covered, but do you have to add cream to the formula?
I've added a little cream to our 5-6 weeker and he seems lethargic and disinterested now.
What have I done wrong?

What formula specifically are you using?
How much did you add? Most formulas are measured as being 1 part formula powder and 2 parts water. How many "parts" of cream did you add?
Were you using heavy cream? Have you smelled and tasted it - is it okay? Taste good?
