Default Mange, Pox? Wild Not Getting Better

Can anyone tell if this wild squirrel has mange, or squirrel pox?

He has received two weekly 100 microgram doses of Ivermectin, but is scratching like crazy and does not appear to be getting better.

He has plenty of energy, and appetite, and comes to us readily for pecans and peanuts

Looks more like mange not Pox. You can give a third dose of the ivermectin (7 dats after the 2nd dose). It can take a while for the mange to start improving.
