Extremely swollen testicles and calpers glands and painful

My male foxer has always had some sensitive days during mating season.
He has developed extremely swollen testicles and calpers glands and he is showing me he is in pain.
He protests when I touch the area and is laying with his rear end pushed up in the air.
He wants to be left alone.
I know him very well and he gets a balanced diet on Henry's and limited nuts.
I hope to some advice from the experts.

Poor baby! Have you looked into neutering him?

Finding a vet is difficult of course...we did have a person here a few months ago that had their squirrel seen by a Dallas vet that was willing and able to work on squirrels. They were not cheap, but the did a good job for her. Name was Summertree Animal and Bird - https://summertreevet.com/

Good evening and thanks for your information.
I had him seen today was so fortunate in finding someone to take him in.
He has a bladder infection probably due to hormones.
Treatment for the issue first then address the possible neuter.
He is 8 years old so that is a factor to consider.
Will keep you posted.
