    Default Recommended dosage of clindamycin

I have one of my newly released babies that had to go to the vet and have several abcesses expelled. She is resting right now but I forgot the formula to calculate the dosage and my mammal baby's book is missing. Someone please help me.
I have clindamycin oral drops 25 mg per milliliter.
My scale is missing too but she weighs about 250 grams Was weighed at vet, She determined she has bone infection in a lot of her joints and it spread to her skin.
I just need to know the calculation and the dosage. Thanks in advance.

A 250gram squirrel seems awfully small to be release age IMO.

I sent dosing in a PM, let me know if there are any questions.

Thanks for your help. Our Squirrels are smaller down here.

The tendency of individuals within the geographical range of a species to be larger in body size under colder climatic conditions is known as Bergmann's rule (Bergmann 1847; Mayr 1956), and is best supported in endotherms, namely birds and mammals (Ashton 2002; Meiri and Dayan 2003; Millien et al. 2006).
