    Default Iodine solution??? Blister???

My Conker has had a pinkish blister on his left inner thigh for months, he's been on antibiotics and I've used many ointments.
I've been using povidone iodine water, I can't find the exact dilution does anyone have it handy?
Does anyone have a clue what this is?
    Thank you👍

1/4 teaspoon Betadyne to 1/4 cup water.

Abby, do I see a hair growing directly out of the middle of this? Could this be an ingrown hair?

I think it's just the angle of the pic, but I'm going to look👍
Here's today's pic kinda hard to get. Sometime in pics it looks more red but it's actually more pinkish.
I'm praying it's not a hernia. But it flattens out. In Feb I thought I saw 2 small punctures like a spider bite, but I really don't know🤷
