    We need way more info.

    How old is he?
    What are you feeding?
    How long have you had him?
    If older, he likely stashes food which can go bad and make him ill. Stashes need to be eliminated daily.
    If he is vomiting he is losing hydration every time he does. Strongly suggest replacing that with pedialyte.
