Need help with dosing

I have an eight week old I have raised since he was 10 days old. He has been doing well and I started adding some vegetable to his diet. The first two days he did fine then the third he started with mushy lighter colored poop. I have pulled back on veggies and have just been giving block and formula but the poop problem persists. I have reduced formula intake to 5% and increased hydration. Could someone help with the dosing calculations.

I have Imodium AD - 1mg per 7.5ml
Baby weighs 272 grams
