Needing help with dosing for infant ibuprofen

Sick fox squirrel going through mbd treatment really needs some pain relief. I can't find info on dosing, and I'm getting ready to head out to get the infant ibuprofen. Adult male, almost 9 years, has lost weight so a bit on the thin side. I can try and get a weight on him. Can someone please help?

All meds are dosed by body weight, we do need a weight to provide dosing.
