    Id offer to relocate the Squirrels for her.. If kindness doesn’t work create flyers and hand them out to every neighbor and post them everywhere! I had a neighbor abusing animals.. I posted flyers and he moved the following month! Shame is a powerful behavior changer.. If not you who will fight for them.. Someone is poisoning Squirrels in our neighborhood as well.

    From the picture I cannot tell what is in the bowl, is it poison?
