Default About 4-5 weeks and afraid she has pnemonia

I have a baby squirrel I found a week ago. Her eyes just opened today. She has been very active but I'm terrified of her getting pnemonia. She has still had a great appetite but she is making a strange sound when she breathes. I've call my local vets hoping to get antibiotics for her with absolutely no success. Please help me I don't want to lose her.

Eyes normally open at 5 weeks.
Active and great appetite isn't usually what you can expect with pneumonia, loss of appetite and lethargy is most common.
Does it sound like a "clicking" sound when she breathes?
Put her chest to your ear like holding a phone and listen for a click on both her inhale and exhale.
Could something be wedged in her mouth?
If this were to be AP you will need an antibiotic! I recommend not waiting but call around to family/friends to see
what you may be able to come up with and we can tell you if it can be used and how to breakdown to dose.
You would only need a pill or two to dose a squirrel.

She has been sneezing a good bit. At times she's made what I hear as a click sound but right now she is making kind of a wheeze noise that sounds like it's coming from her chest. She did have some formula come out of her nose yesterday and from everything I've read it's scaring me. The only antibiotics I have been able to get are for people I wasn't sure if it was the same or not I can give you a list of antibiotics that I have access to.

Amox tr-k clv 875-125mg - perfect! - I can tell you how to dilute and dose.
I will need a weight on baby to dose as squirrels are dosed by body weight
