Eyes normally open at 5 weeks.
Active and great appetite isn't usually what you can expect with pneumonia, loss of appetite and lethargy is most common.
Does it sound like a "clicking" sound when she breathes?
Put her chest to your ear like holding a phone and listen for a click on both her inhale and exhale.
Could something be wedged in her mouth?
If this were to be AP you will need an antibiotic! I recommend not waiting but call around to family/friends to see
what you may be able to come up with and we can tell you if it can be used and how to breakdown to dose.
You would only need a pill or two to dose a squirrel.
