Default Wild regular has bald spot on head -- mange?

One of my regular wilds has a skin issue that I need help diagnosing / treating. He's got a big bald spot on his head + a sagging ear. He is eating and behaving normally-- was even playing/boxing with another reg today. Last week he had a chunk of fur from his tail missing, and before that one of his hips has always been kind of sparsely furred. Is it mange? And should I treat with Ivermectin?

Looks like I can get Durvet 1.87% horse paste Ivermectin at Tractor Supply:

It could be mange, it’s hard to tell. I thought mange had red irritated skin, too. You can treat with ivermectin 1.87% paste. Put an amount of paste thats no bigger than a grain of rice on a nut and feed it to it. Use a toothpick to get the correct amount and for placement on the nut. Ivermectin will take care of any creepy crawlers too.

Looks mangy to me, that crusty, crispy look is often seen in cases of mange.

It’s only one dose. Repeat it in 10-14 days. Try to be accurate with your measurement comparison to a small grain of rice. Too much ivermectin is toxic.

It's one dose, to be repeated once in 10 days.
