If she ate something toxic, that could cause dysentery.

I think she ended up swallowing some wood granules will that be the reason?

If she ended up swallowing a sharp piece of wood that could cause damage or a puncture to her intestinal tract. However, usually when they chew up wood or they just shred it and don't ingest anything. Was she eating the wood or the bark or just shredding it?

They shred lots of things that they don't eat to keep their teeth from getting too long or just because they are bored or anxious.

    MBD is definitely painful.

Did she make a painful noise when she was chewing on the piece of wood?

What sort of wood was she chewing?

Did it have any man-made coating on it?

I don't think you can hear her resting heartbeat. You can definitely see the rise and fall of the chest, but I am really skeptical that you could hear a squirrel's resting heartbeat unless you had a stethoscope or you ear was pressed to her chest.

Are you sure you aren't hearing the sound of air going in and out of her lungs? Does the breathing of the sick squirrel sound any different from the healthy one?

When the squirrel wakes up, if you post a link of the sick squirrel moving about, that would be very helpful.

I am here crackling in this video. I don't think that is the sound of her claws on the wood.

    That video is helpful.

However, at least for Eastern grey squirrels, grains are not part of their recommended diet. It can interfere with healthy mineral absorption. Rice is considered a kind of grain.

Maybe we are having a language problem. I realize that English is not likely your first language.

They make stethoscopes so doctors can hear people's hearts. If a person is breathing hard from exercise or struggling to breathe, that can be heard. However, sitting near a person you cannot hear their heartbeat. What you hear is there breath going in and out of their mouths and nose.

So, I think your squirrel may be having a respiratory problem.

Other than the sound of pain, does the sick squirrel sound different from the healthy one?

Is the sick squirrel breathing through its mouth or nose?

My best guess, based on limited information, is that your squirrel may be having some sort of respiratory problem.

The more information that is given, the better the chance of making an accurate, correct diagnosis.

I would say that half of the questions asked have gone unanswered, but I understand the English language may not come as easily as your native language.
