Default 10 week flyer hurt itís paw

Good morning guys! My baby flyer gave me a heart attack this morning and snuck out of her cage and hurt her paw. She is kinda dragging her back foot and I was wondering what I could do to help her?

Sometimes it is just a sprain, which will get better day by day. And the discomfort will help remind them to lay off that limb to help it heal. Their ambitions exceed their ability when they are young.

    Is it in pain? Vocalizing?

    Does it have white tears?

    How old is the baby?

She’s 10 weeks and she’s not vocalizing and she seems to be moving around fine and eating fine as well. The only thing is you can see she’s not really trying to put pressure on her back foot. She can curl the toes but when she tries to run around she just drags it. No white tears either.

Give her a chance to rest and see how it is tomorrow. You might want to get some infant ibuprofen. Someone on here can help you dose it if you give them the strength of the ibuprofen and the weight of the squirrel.
