    Default Biting syringe

Good morning everyone. I have been caring for Trixie for a month now. I believe she is 8 weeks. She is eating well but she has recently began biting the syringe and putting holes in it.

I worry she is going to swallow plastic. I was looking online at metal feeding nozzles that can go into a luer lock syringe. Has anyone used these successfully?

What size should I get? I appreciate any help offered.

    Have a great day.

I don’t know of anyone that has used them. I would think a size closest to the size nipple you were using before might be best. And one with a very small hole size. I don’t think he’ll actually be able to latch on to the nipple so he may have to lap the formula off the end.

Do have a nipple attached to the syringe when you feed her?
