    Default Injured Mouse

I found an injured little mouse in the barn. It may be too seriously injured to try to save, I need to check it over better here at work. But if it’s possible to help it, do we use squirrel doses for medicines ( pred or Meloxicam, antibiotics)?
Most of the workers ( and husband) here HATE a mouse! So you are my only helpers

I think most squirrel meds are fine for mice. Since so much research is done on these poor creatutes, you can often find dosing recs. Backup plan would be to use rat dosing and adjust for weight:

Thank you for this information; I’ll keep it for future needs . Sadly the little one didn’t make it. I tried to do what I could ; I guess it had wounds on the inside I couldn’t see
