    Default Rocky's breathing is ticking!!

Rocky, the hydrocephalus baby has developed a little ticking when he breaths. I have enrofloxacin 25mg/ml. He weighs about 60 grams now. How much should I give him?!?
In the last few days he has sadly lost interest in food. I can't get much in him so this is probably the reason for his breathing issues. I try and get him to swallow the little I put in his mouth, but it's rough. I don't know why he doesn't want to eat, but hopefully I can at least get him breathing right.

Oh no, would you happen to ANY other antibiotic besides Baytril? With a baby like Rocky, Baytril would probably cause seizures. That class of antibiotics lowers the seizure threshold so he would probably seize.

I can dose any antibiotic you have but I fear Baytril would make him worse due to his neurological issues.

I have 250 amoxicillin capsules. They are fishmox, but that's just amoxicillin.

I’m sending dosing now. Amoxicillin isn’t the best for respiratory issues but it’s better than nothing.
With his swollen head I don’t think Baytril is worth the risk. It would almost certainly cause him to start seizing.
