Iíve done so much research on foods and her meals revolve around the Henryís chart but, I was curious if there was anywhere online that had possible meal planners with what other indoor squirrels are fed each day for a week or two? Something I can copy to help with balancing out the proper nutrients and everything per day with their blocks and when and when one not to give them nuts and fruits. Kind of similar to what we would do with our weekly meal preps and such! I would love any information if such a thing existed because I want to make sure sheís getting everything she needs before release, no more no less 😊

Iíve never seen such a thing. If youíre following the squirrel diet pyramid and offering the majority of food from the first column and limiting the others then chances are your squirrel is getting a balanced diet. A variety of food items provides varied nutrients, but sometimes squirrels get picky and wonít eat much variety. Nuts should be kept to a minimum. I donít usually offer any until my squirrels go to the release cage. That way I donít have to worry about them stashing them and they donít know what their missing so they eat their good food.
