Is he an outdoor squirrel at all?

How long have you had him? How long has this been going on?

Yes he goes out and play on trees thrice in a week for 1-2 hours.
He is with me from last 1 year. This problem is happening from last 1 month. Thanks

It looks like it could be one of two issues - an allergy to something he is eating, or perhaps he has picked up mange mites outside.

First, can you tell us about his diet - what do you feed him?

Second, if it is mange mites, the best way to deal with them is with a product called ivermectin. Your best bet to find this is to look either locally or online for some place that sells products for horses. Ivermectin is a common antiparasitic used in horses and they usually get two doses of it at least per year as a preventive. It is usually in a paste or gel form and is flavored to make it taste better to the horse. The common strength is 1.87%. Look around and see if you can find something like this. Make sure that the only active ingredient is ivermectin - in areas where multiple parasites emerge each year at the same time, many companies will combine the meds for them to make it easier when dosing your horse. You want just ivermectin - nothing more. If you find something online, post a link to the product so we can look at it, and at that time we can help you with dosing.
