These are her teeth about a week after trimming . Her front just seem way out further, like a parrot mouth maybe?? This is a little female I took in with her brother to release with my ‘slow to learn nurse ‘ baby “Mr Sleepy Swallows”. I didn’t want him to be a singleton . She and her brother have been together since eyes closed ( I think are siblings not sure, came from another rehabber). The three are so bonded now.
What should I do?? Should I continue to give it time, and allow her bond with them to grow, as they move up in cage sizes at which time I TRY not to coddle them ; be more hands off. I had actually planned to move them out today to the play room where they can have a bigger cage , watch the NR’s, and wild up more. But what about her ??
If it’s looking like she’s a NR, do I need to separate her now, and give her the extra attention as though she cannot be a wild ? While she’s still little??
This is heartbreaking to me. She loves he little cozycube friends But Emily and I will dote on her if she has to be left behind Miracle is so rowdy and has no one who wants to play with her in the big room. Is it safe to try and introduce them , in a neutral room and see if maybe??? Snickers always accepted all newcomers ; let babies follow her like a mama. But maybe that’s not the norm... She was one of a kind, my Snickers ...
