5-7ish week old female squirrel with bloody poop

I’ve since switched them over to goats milk formula because my fox valley went bad. I’m ordering more. It was to solve poopy butts. It did for about two days and now they’re back to soft poop but not runny. My female has blood in hers. I’m so worried as to what it could be .. my boy has soft yellow poop. They both are acting perfectly normal other than the poop issue.

Bright red blood (as opposed to darker brown or blackish blood)? If so, is it possible that the blood is due to constipation and tears in the anus due to too hard poop? (Sorry to be gross.) If you suspect otherwise, please let us know. How much blood? What is the timing of the blood, sounds like the blood comes out when she poops?
