Strange thing going on

Guys some of you will remember my posts from almost a year ago when my boy Squeebles got MBD. I managed with your help to reverse most of the disease and for the most part he has made an almost complete recovery. I still give him a booster of calcium powder once a month just to make sure hes getting enough. A couple of days ago he came out from his bed like he was on fire. He jumped and flailed around until i could get him calmed down. I thought maybe a bad dream and things went back to normal. It happened again today. I have him in his bag and in my arms and he seems to be fine again.
Does anyone have a suggestion or an idea of what could be happening to him? We have come so far i dont want to miss something.

I really don’t know what could cause that. The only thing I would do is check the bed carefully for anything that shouldn’t be there.

Do e. I change it every other day. Just changed it just to eliminate that as a cause. Hes fine now.....

Could it be a spider or ant bite? Poop and pee are OK, right? Any other neuro symptoms?

No other abnormalities. Only thing is since the MBD he is still not confident with his balance. I put him in his big cage which has a branch i keep low and he can jump up from bottom of tge cage as well as run from side to side with ease.

What is his diet these days?

2 picky blocks in the AM then throughout the day (but not all at once)acorn squash, blue berries, kiwi, sweet potato, avocado ( not a lot makes his bm’s loose)grapes, dehydrated pumpkin. As a reward i give him a slice of dehydrated apple. About 4/5 PM he gets 1 more picky block.
