Help 2 new babies found not eating!!! Since noon yesterday!!!

Hi everybody so a friend of mine who has a tree service yesterday was on a job cutting down a really tall tree. It turns out that there was a nest at the top of the tree only two babies made it out. A boy and a girl neither of their eyes are open but they do crawl and they are active and I’ve got each one of them to poop one time since yesterday but I can’t get them to drink or eat anything. I’m not sure what to do I’ve tried putting formula on bread. I’ve tried mixing the water formula. I am using glass dropper’s to administer the water and the formula and they just don’t want to take it they don’t even seem interested I am not sure what to do help please I don’t want to lose them they’ve already been through enough. They seem to be at least 3 weeks at this point

What formula are you feeding them?

Are their eyes open?

They must be warm in order to eat. Their formula must be warm also.

That young they need to be on a non shut off heating pad placed half under and half off a plastic tub lined with fleece type material they can burrow under to hide and keep warm. If you don't have a heating pad, make a rice buddy in a sock etc., heated up and placed with them. Just not to hot.

Do not use a dropper to feed them, it is dangerous and can lead to aspiration pneumonia which is deadly. They are too young to eat bread if eyes not open.. they also need heat to stay warm; never feed a cold baby.
