Putting some stuff in the mail to you tomorrow. Getting some nipples on good o-ring syringes will make a huge difference.
Wrap him in a piece of fleece so you can control his arms. That will help you clean him up. Usually they like having their face washed

Don’t give up on Joe. He has a long commute and works long hours, but he was very willing to help you with meds when I spoke with him.

Hi Andie, how is your baby doing? I have gotten a package in the mail for you. How much does this little munchkin weigh?

Hi guys, sorry for the delayed response. I'm meeting Joe today and if all goes well, the little guy will be on Prednisone today. We had awful weather here yesterday so today is a better time to meet. I'll be back to update later on this evening 😁

Two years ago I cared form a similar squirrel...Back legs paralyzed from a fall. Meet MILAGRO---
    https://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/...hlight=milagro

Milagro was a "challenge" for sure...but I loved him like no other. There are tons of photos and ideas for his cage and for his daily needs.
I hope it helps a little....Maybe my experiences can give you a few ideas.

Hey Andie, I’m checking in to see how your little guy is doing? I’m so glad you had a chance to get together with Joe. Thank you for going the extra mile to make that happen.

I wanted to know where you stand with this baby now? Have you got the feeding down? I know Joe left you some syringes and nipples and I believe your box from Redwuff will have some more useful items. Have you ordered some Fox Valley 20/50? If this baby is readily taking formula it might be good to switch him to Fox Valley, since the goats milk formula is best used temporarily. Do you need help with this?

Do you still want us to find someone to take him? Or, are you comfortable keeping him till you can determine if he is releasable?

I don’t want you to feel abandoned. We are here to help. We just need to know how you want to move forward with this.

I have two paralyzed squirrels. They are a challenge but well worth the effort. If you find yourself with a paralyzed darling long term, let me know if I can help—or if you are making a roadtrip to this neck of the woods I’ll be glad to take him.
