Question 3 week old not peeing but a few drops belly extended

I rescued a around 3 week old. I am new to this so I am sure I have made some mistakes but first few feeding were pedialyte. He perked up after that then swapped to powdered goats milk for maybe 2-3 feedings before realizing it was notnok and switching to the puppy formula that starts with an e that everyone recommends. He eats well and poops every time with stimulation but o my pees a few drops and his belly seems a bit larger than the rest of his body and tight. Help! What else can I do for him? I have tried running like warm water over him and stimulation.

You can give him a drop of infant simethicone (e.g. Gas-X for infants) and see if that helps.

How old is your baby... do you know his weight?

Are you feeding the one on the right?

He was 48 grams yesterday. I weakened the formula a little and cut back. He looked better this morning and peed more. Never a full realease but the more I stimulated the drops kept coming. I believe he is 3 weeks and esbilac is the formula I am using about 2 ml per feeding every 3 hours or so.

Yes it is the one on the right that I purchased for him. Is that the correct one?
