Possible eye injury

I received three babies a week ago from the results of a bad storm. Their tree blew over and they were brought to me by animal control. One male only lived two days. I think he had internal injury. The other male and female are thriving and doing great. I just noticed my little girls right eye looks a little swollen and slightly bulging. I’m concerned of a permanent injury and hope she’s not going to be blind. Had anyone else ever experienced this before?

I forgot to mention their age is approximately two weeks old so they haven’t opened their eyes yet.
