Another baby fell out of our back tree, definitely not the same nest. It has been in the grass for maybe 15 minutes how long do we leave it??
Please help.

Bloody nose he appears to have an injury near his groin. He is crying very loudly but mom wont come.
Looks like he was bit or scratched a lot. He is making a weird noise and blood is coming out of his nose mixed with snot or something.
Do the wounds look like falling injuries (scratches), or attack injuries (punctures and gouges)?
Clean up the wounds, and disinfect.
Take a look to see if he is dehydrated (pinch skin behind neck and see how quickly it spreads back out). If dehydrated so soon after falling.. he is probably an orphan.
Feel his tummy to see if it feels empty, look for loose folds of skin, skinny looking shoulders... these are all signs of starvation, and would also indicate he is an orphan, and should go straight to a shelter.
.
If the mom does not come to the sound of his cries fairly soon... he may have fallen out looking for food because mom did not come back.
[EDIT] - I see in another thread you said you heard to two squirrels fighting, and this one fell down.
It sounds like two moms built too close to each other, and they keep driving each other away, and attacking each other as they move babies around.
UPDATE - Finder posted in other thread that mom reclaimed this baby, another baby, and the two that fell day before yesterday
I hope the injured baby will be okay. If i had to guess it looked like the attacking squirrel bit and scratched him pretty bad and he had enough blood in his nose to snort it out on our hands a little bit. I hope he will survive in the nest with the other babies crawling on him. The first two seemed in great health I'm sure they'll make it
Falling babies often wind up with bloody noses.
And the scratch was probably from the fall.
So the odds are he is probably okay.
And the two you sent back are in better shape (hydration) than when you found them.
I just hope this falling baby thing does not keep happening in your yard.

Trust me I don't want the babies to keep literally raining from the sky. That was 6 babies in 3 days. However I see it as a very positive sign as well because our trees on our property support so much life including many squirrels.
I would never let anyone cut down our trees, it is so sad to see a tree grow for 100 years and then be cut down in 100 minutes. Plus I think I have to get legal approval from the city to cut down anything around here although many people do it anyways.
