Need help with dosing

Hi everyone

I have a female 6 months old squirrel and is getting sick. I believe she has pneumonia because she make wheezing sound when she breath. She also breath pretty heavy too. She look tired and don’t really want to move. But she still eat a lot. She have fever for two days but now it’s gone. She weight about 250 grams. I have Enrofloxacin 50mg tablet. Can anyone please me dosing instructions? Thank you so much

We usually do not see pneumonia in squirrels this old, if they are not being fed formula with a syringe. She may be sick, but can you tell us what she eats on a regular basis?
