Panacur is the way to go. You can get it on Amazon or sometimes at walmart. We can help dose it when you get it. Get the dose for the smallest animal.

I would recommend diotemacious earth. Its a powder that they can ingest that literally rips the worms and eggs apart, and won't hurt the squirrel. In fact, it is healthy and promotes hair growth and helps bone structure.
