Default Baby squirrel with very bad pneumonia

I've had the baby only a couple days and he took a turn for the worse today. I have a heating pad for him and gave him Cipro dose according to his weight. He is gasping for air sporadically and won't take any fluids. Is there any hope for him or anything else I can do for him?

There is always hope. If the antibiotic was started soon enough you should see improvement in 24 hrs.
A nebulizer with plain saline helps a lot.
