Hold her up to you ear and listen for a "clicking" sound. If she is clicking with every breath, this is Aspiration Pneumonia (AP). A loss of appetite and lethargy are symptoms of AP.

it doesnt sound like any clicking. she sounds like shes having a hard time breathing. like shes taking very deep breaths.

Rub some molasses on her gums and see if that perks her up some... if you do not have molasses you can use honey or syrup.

If she perks up, please give her some hydration.

Have you reviewed this primer on baby squirrel care (it is 6 pages long):

Abby, could you give us some history. How long have you had them? What are you feeding them?
How much are you feeding them?

I see you’re in FL. We might be able to direct you to a safe vet.

This is very confusing. Squirrels almost never vomit. How much are you feeding and how often? How much do they weigh? Are they eating any solid food?

Are you sure they aren’t clicking? Of course, vomiting isn’t associated with aspiration pneumonia.

Have you given them anything other than formula?
It almost sounds like there could be an obstruction in the
    throat.
    Just throwing this out there......
Grapes, along with some other foods can cause this symptom.
Is this the formula that you are feeding?

Are you re-using previously warmed formula? I agree this is unusual and hopefully we'll figure it out... sorry for all the questions!

There is no clicking sound. And i dont have a set amount of formula they eat anymore. they were on a schedule but they've gotten so active so sometimes they eat a lot, and others they dont eat as much. They havent tried anything else besides the formula, no solid foods. And i dont re-use any formula that ive already warmed. the male is back to normal now, but the female still hasnt eaten. ive tried giving her pedialyte to keep her hydrated but she wont take anything. and yes, that is the formula

I took her to 6 vets, none were helpful. one said they could check her out but that they couldnt do anything. they said it seems as if the male attacked her, but theres no signs of that. she hasnt taken in anything in almost 3 days. im not sure what to do.

Are you anywhere around Daytona beach/Port orange area. There is an outstanding ‘squirrel’ vet there. Is your little girl taking in any fluids? 3 days without food is critical. Can we find a rehabber to pass her to. Your little girl will not last much longer w/out the proper veterinary care.

Is there anyone in this area that can help? If we find someone, would you be willing to allow these babies to go to someone more experienced?

If she has not eaten in 3-4 days, she needs a whole lot more than a 1/4 of the amt of fluid than her brother is taking. First, let us see who we can find.

Would you share a picture of your sweet babies...
