From the picture the one ear looked good. Check around any oriface, eyes ears mouth anus or wounds, lay the fur back and look close to the skin. Have you seen her move/use her body at all? Usually staying that curled up can be more of a sign of being scared. Like Step said, if she has responses to the pinching of toes, that is a good sign. Does she feel boney?
Sometimes when they have been out for awhile they get really ‘depressed’. Thank you for helping this little baby. She would not have made it this long without you.
