Exclamation Got a sick baby flying squirrel

I have a 4 to 5 week old flying squirrel and just yesterday she has slowed down on her eating now she will barely take sugar/salt water...i put a little honey on her gums and put her in her pouch in a box over a heating pad to keep her warm...shes peeing but not pooping, her last poop was yesterday, I'm so worried for her, poor precious baby just looks at me...am I missing something, not doing everything right? Help please some suggestions or advice...

Questions to better access your situation....
How long have you had her and what formula have you been feeding?
Do you know her weight to know how much she should be eating?
Is her stomach soft or hard?
Did she ever aspirate on her formula?
