Default How do you deflea 5 week old babies?

So I got 2 new babies an hour ago whose mother was hit by a car 3 days ago. They are scrawny and I have given them hydration solution just now. I will hydrate them again later and then try to feed them. They are starving and have fleas. How do I deflea them? Someone told me to use Dawn dish detergent.

Yes, give them a warm bath in Dawn.

Put a drop of Advantix or Revolution on them, fleas/lice are dead in 20 min

I hydrated and then fed the 2 new babies and put them in my shirt (bra) and they went to sleep. As they were sleeping their fleas started to jump on me. I killed 5 or 6. I haven’t seen anymore so I hope that’s all they had. I’ll check again tomorrow. Poor babies. Their sister was found Thursday and the two boys were found today. They looked scrawny and Bonney. To think 5-6 week old babies desperate enough to leave their security, their nest, to look for mama. They were all alone for days. It’s a miracle they are still alive.

No. I’m sorry. My post was misleading. I only have four. I would be crazy if I had six! Friends say I’m crazy but I like being crazy. We’re going to the beach in 3 weeks and I gues they’re going with me. It’s a six hour trip. I’m hoping my daughters boyfriend will help and stay here while we are gone for three days. I’ll teach him how to care for them. They will be about 8 weeks old. I really don’t want to take them on a long road trip. He loves animals and will be good with them.
