Default Approx. 9 week old grey squirrel girl Fell 20 feet from a tree

Hello, I am in desperate need of any advice and please know that all rehabbers have already said they are too full and I'm unable to afford a vet.
I was sitting in my backyard this morning when a very young squirrel fell about 20 feet out of a tree.
I can instantly tell that there was something going on with her right arm and hand. Within about 5 minutes she became very sleepy. A few cries pain when moved as little as possible movement, into a nesting cage.
I have rehabilitated once in the past so I know the drill with the cage and the food....
.... I'm just curious as to any pain management... and potential diagnosis, please and thank you.
She drank a little water but she is very lethargic.... no I would just say sleepy.
I am a huge animal lover and I just want to prepare myself...if anyone has any ideas. if she can have a concussion since she's so sleepy.... if there is any rehabbers in the Atlanta area that wouldn't immediately euthanize.
I scooped her up off the ground and had my kids get a 10 gallon fish tank together with some towels a heating pad water nuts veggies and fruits....
... during that time. She did move around and seemed okay except for her arm but now she's terribly sleepy and doesn't seem to open her eyes all the way.
    TIA

    Thanks for helping her KitKat.
It's difficult to say what the extent of injuries are. Sleepy is a little concerning though.
There might be internal injuries or head trauma. I would say the first 24 hrs are critical. If she survives that window of time there's a good chance she will live.
Right now treat for shock which is dark, warm and quiet. She needs a safe place which thankfully you have provided.

We have a member north of you in Toccoa that might be able to help.

Thanks for helping this little one.
Just a reminder the heating pad is to be set on low,
    UNDER the container.
If you have old fleece nightgowns or some tee shirts
put those in with her to avoid her nails getting stuck on
    the towel loops.
See if you can give her a little molasses from a syringe,
if she fights you, then stop. We don't want to stress her out
any more than she already is.
Also if she accepts the syringe well, see if she will take hydration.
Again, thank you for helping this little one.

Here are some pictures of this little one. KitKat says she is 95% better today, but as you can see she quite a young squirrel.

I have to admit I was doubtful she was this young (all my Spring 2018 Babies have been released or are in the RC now).

I have offered to help with this baby however I can, including bringing her here to grow up and be released if that is what she wants... I am glad to say I am not too full right now to help! And of course treat any injuries if that is necessary, but it seems she has bounced back well... let's keep our fingers crossed there is no lingering issues from the fall.
