Still got to order the oil; but found Organic Chia seeds in grocery. Are these good to roll boo balls in? Do they like them? Greys and /or Flyers?

For most humans they are a good source by themselves of fiber, omega 3 to 6, protein, lower in fat. For rodents they contain higher oxalates than calcium. So not, this one like others isn't a good seed source, but the oil that is a concentratesthe high Omega 3 fatty acids is a keeper.

Ok, glad I checked; kind of pricey so taking these back for sure! Thanks D.F.

They are very good for your health, save you are a stone former?
I get the white chia seed, as research indicates that species of plants that are albinistic are lower in oxalates,
like a variety of Asparagus, and white pepper corns are vs. the nominal coloration for these sources.
For now I'm still looking for this specific data on the white chia; if I find it is low I will share it on the board.

Great!
Like said, if I could learn from some on TSB to eat like some of your squirrels, I might be a healthier human !!
