How old is your sqrl? Did you raise her from a baby with her first solid food being rodent blocks or was she raised in the wild or in captivity on nuts/seeds Etc.
What brand of rodent blocks do you use?
There are recipes on here for various kinds of "Boo Balls" that incorporate blocks - it's trial and error with different formulas.
Do you use this basic diet regimen: https://www.henryspets.com/healthy-d...pet-squirrels/
And have you tried these: https://www.henryspets.com/squirrel-...adult-formula/
Best Diet:
Mazuri or Teklad rodent blocks fed free choice or incorporated into "Boo Balls"

Here are some recipes. The blocks are scientifically engineered for ultimate nutrition, Boo Balls are to make them palatable and add a few extra nutrients etc. In the formulas given in these links grams can be substituted for "parts" or percentage (%) for ease of measuring. Some PPL bake them some don't but keep Boo Balls refrigerated or frozen until use to keep mold from growing. Mold will still grow in the fridge but a lot slower than at room temperature.
