Default Baby squirrel with no movement on the back legs injured

Hey Ya'll got a few questions, my wife is a vet tech and a person brought a injured baby squirrel in and her eyes have not opened yet but there seems to be no movement from the legs and one is broken. We have a 1 year old squirrel living with us and also was wondering if we can keep this one also if they would get along. My other question is how does the injured baby go to the bathroom lol she don't seem to be going at all. any help would be great. By the way Miss Pancake is doing great and we love her lots.

The baby needs to be stimulated to potty. You can use the corner if a tissue and very lightly brush her privates until she pres and poops. It us especially important foir one who may not have feeling in her back end. Can the vet assess her asnd see if there i s hope? Is her broken keg being splinted or otherwise immobilized?

If she can't pee you can express her bladder. There's a video of that on Youtube. I have a boy who has been paralyzed since he was 5 weeks old. He is my darling. Handicapped squirrels can have wonderful lives but in my boys case, he gets terrible drag sores and urine scald from being incontenant. There are folks who have had hind end paralasis and who have had success with medication. Likely won't get along with the other squirrel. After her broken leg heals you might start therapy. Water therapy has helped special squirrels. Good luck with your little blessing.

Thanks everyone for all the advise but the little girl didn't make it threw the night so sad. We tried all we could she was just to small and to badly injured. Now she is running and being happy with all my other furry friends that have made it to heaven.
