OK you can dose her from 0.12 up to 0.3
Personally I wouldn't go that high.
For tonight I would dose her 0.2
You can give this to her every 4 hours for pain.
Make sure she stays well hydrated when on any drugs.

I think you can if she will take it.
After that give 100 mg every 4 hours.
I believe that doing it every 4 hours helps to stabilize
    the calcium levels.

    From the protocol below.

After you give the initial dose of calcium, give 100 mg every 4 hours (50 mg for smaller squirrels such as red squirrels, flyers, or juveniles less than 12 weeks old). The first day, getting calcium dosed quickly is more important than the type of calcium or the amount. Going forward, most squirrels will need around 500 mg per day (250 mg for small squirrels). See the “Long-Term Treatment for MBD.”

Thanks you so much . But on the tums, she started to take it very well then slowed down. Should I force the whole thing ?

No, it doesn't have to be given all at once, but try as much as you can
    without forcing.
    The initial dose is important.

I will catch you in the morning.

    Do you have any antibiotics?
If she were mine, I would call one of the
vets and get her in asap.

Stop the ibupropen if you haven't already.
I DOUBT that could be the cause of her being
restless, but it's curious if she went from lethargic to this.
    Can you post a video?
Can you post a photo so we can see what she looks like.
Sometimes pictures can be really helpful when looking for
dehyration and seeing their eyes can tell a lot how she feels.

Did you gets some antibiotics for this little one? I'm not sure where you are in Florida, but I'm near Cocoa Bch and can help if needed. I have Clavamox and Doxycycline and maybe some others. There are lots of folks around Fl that may be closer and able to help.
