It drank a little water and ate some grapes, Yesterday. It was also much more active yesterday.
I do not know anything about caring for squirrels, and would appreciate some advice so that I can keep this guy alive and get his strength up.
I took in squirrel because it had been following me around and crawling up my leg for a couple days, and it seemed to be a “pant tugger orphan.” It kept coming into the garage and trying to get into the house that I was working on. It was also slow and it’s balance seemed off. There were many predators in the area and overgrown yard, and so I decided that it needed my help and brought it home.
If you can please take and post a full body picture for a better assessment on condition and age.
In the meantime please read this link below on baby squirrel care, It can be a huge help.
