TASHA STOOD ON ALL FOURS AND TOOK A COUPLE OF STEPS AND ACTUALLY HAD HER TAIL CURLED UP IN THE AIR FOR A FEW SECONDS!!!! Darn it all ot happened so quick I didn't have my phone to record it. I don't want to tire her out or I'd go back there now. But several different times she was on all fours and taking a couple of steps before losing her balance! I have an entry way rug, but plan to get a larger one... IT WAS AMAZINGGGG!!!!
Aaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!!! BEST ever news!
Oh thank God! This is the best news ever!!!
Thanks CL and SammysMom!!! I'm SOOOO excited for her!!! We've been at it everyday and she's been pushing her back feet and legs all along! But today she freaked me out!!! I was sitting there watching her when all of a sudden she was STANDING UP ON ALL FOURS!!! UAY!!!
What fantastic news this is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
That's awesome news!
Hey dear friends!!! Thanks Nancy & Farreli! Pretty cool to see her trying so hard. Still got a long way to go though. Seems like two steps forward, one step back. But we're still working at it everyday. We'll keep y'all updated!
ohhh that was great news about Tasha standing up on all fours! It is amazing how these babies will work and work and try and try to get back to 'normal'. Tasha sounds like a real fighter and she is gonna do it

It is their nature, as prey animals, to LOOK and ACT as normal as they possibly can, so as not to become a victim of a predator. That will work against them overall when they begin to feel better because they will overdo it and just like us when we do the weekend warrior thing and pay the price Monday morning, they can do too much. When they start to feel a little better is when you REALLY have to watch them!
yayyyyyyyyy
Here is Tasha's latest video. I think it's about 3 minutes long, but watching it shows how far she has come!!! YAY!!! I'M SO EXCITED!!! Y'ALL ARE THE AWESOME ONE'S !!!!Tasha on all 4's: http://youtu.be/MpQWl0M8tQE
Holy crap!!! Tasha can WALK!!! This video brought tears of joy for both of you. You are both my heroes...
She's doing so great!
That's fantastic! Go Tasha!
What an improvement! All that hard work you and Tasha are doing is starting to pay off!
You can see her get her feet under her and support herself for short periods!

Tasha is soooooooo fortunate to have such a devoted loving mom. I can't wait to meet you at The Gathering (just assuming you're coming )
I had certainly planned to come, but it's gonna depend on Tasha.... If she can't eat on her own, I won't be able to make it. She freaks out really bad when I take her to the vet. Not sure bout cross country... She eats her blocks fone, but she won't take fluid on her own. She won't let anyone but me handle her. We'll see though... Isn't it March 28th?
