Default wild 6 month old squirrel with enlarged area on neck

I have a wild 6 month old female squirrel that I give nuts to daily. Today I noticed that one side of her neck looked a little bigger than the other side. She eats nuts in the shell fine and is acting normal so far. Does anyone know what would cause the neck area to look a little bigger on one side as if there is a bump there ? I will get a picture tomorrow.

    waiting on picture.
we are in bot fly season right now.. so they may likely be the cause.

Would need better picture of swollen area and more in focus to really
tell anything but wouldn't be surprised if that were an abscess due to
how much swelling there is. It doesn't appear "isolated" as with a bot.
